1.       The Mediator must also be totally optimistic in evaluation of information obtained during introductory meeting.  Mediator must maintain an aim and dispassionate attitudes in front of parties’ emotions to achieve goals of cooperation. He should be unable to vary his questioning and approach techniques during debate. He must have self-control to avoid displays of genuine anger, irritation, and other bad attitudes of clients. He must not become emotionally involved with the party because it will cause of biasness.
